Our vision of the Degree College is to generate the intellectuals and intelligentsia who shall support the development of the Mohnyin region in Kachin State.

Mission

1. To teach academic subjects and to do research related to those subjects
2. To fulfill the necessary teaching aids for teaching and doing research
3. To motivate and organize students to be interested in learning academic subjects and in doing  research
4. To become fit and healthy citizens by encouraging students to compete school activities and sports
5. To create better opportunities for students who will become intellectuals and intelligentsia
6. To cooperate with other local and foreign universities for doing research from which local people will benefit
7. To nurture students for developing human sources who will help the society in Mohnyin
